MAUKKU'S NATURAL WINE BAR BRINGS WINE EXPERIENCES AND FLAVOR SURPRISES TO À LA PARK

À la Park’s delicious world of flavors is about to expand even further as Maukku’s restaurant menu is paired with carefully selected natural wines. But this is more than just a wine bar – it’s a full-on festival restaurant experience where high-quality natural wines meet creative, flavorful dishes. The wine list features five meticulously chosen wines available by the glass, along with a wide selection of natural wines by the bottle. Wine enthusiasts can also explore a special “cellar list,” tailored for more experienced connoisseurs.

The wines served by the glass have been selected to complement Maukku’s dishes and to suit the seasonal vibe of the festival. The offering includes wine styles that showcase the essence of the natural wine scene – from pét-nat and skin-contact orange wines to crisp, expressive classics. The focus is on easy-drinking, young, and light glou-glou wines that refresh the palate and leave room for the next bite.

“The key to great pairings is in the structure of both the food and the wine. The wine’s role is to cleanse the palate and prepare it for the next forkful. If a dish is rich, for example, the wine needs enough acidity to bring balance,” explains Toni Feri.

The wines chosen for the summer and festival spirit are young, fruity, and straightforward – full of energy and with a clear flavor profile. They pair equally well with grilled or fresh dishes and are made to be enjoyed in the warmth of a summer evening.

The cellar list includes cult natural wine producers, representatives from classic wine regions, and refined fine wine gems. These wines are available in very limited quantities – just 1 to 4 bottles of each – so the best picks are worth grabbing quickly.

Maukku’s Natural Wine Bar creates exciting, creative, and occasionally surprising food and wine pairings. Just the way things should be at À la Park.
