The À la Park food lineup, featuring the most current and exciting restaurants, has been expanded with two new names. Artist Kasmir and Chef of the Year 2024 Simo Harrivaara’s restaurant concept, Pinsa Lokal, as well as the well-known Hakaniemi-based modern neighborhood bistro 305, will join us in August. For both restaurants, this will be their debut in a festival setting.

Opened in Hakaniemi less than two years ago, 305 is a modern, seasonal ingredients celebrating neighborhood restaurant that won guests over with its flavors and atmosphere from day one. Last year, the restaurant received the Bib Gourmand recognition from the Michelin Guide for offering high-quality food at an affordable price. At À la Park, 305 will bring its signature flavors to Meripuisto, served in bolder, festival-style versions. The menu is expected to feature the restaurant’s much-acclaimed tartare, among other dishes.

Longtime friends Kasmir (real name Thomas Kirjonen) and Simo Harrivaara, who knew each other even before their careers as an artist and a chef took off, are bringing their Pinsa Lokal By Kasmir x Simo Harrivaara restaurant concept to À la Park. This long-awaited and carefully refined idea their own perfect pizzeria, where crispiness, fluffiness, and freshness meet. Their collaboration will merge fine dining with the pizza scene in an innovative and exceptionally delicious way.
